The product can be returned and/or a cancellation of the invoice will be permitted no later than 30 days after the invoice date. Any outstanding invoices older than 3 months will be sent to collections.
Subscriptions to our services are automatically renewed after their term ends. Therefore, you do not need to manually renew your subscriptions. To avoid any future charges to your credit card or bank account, please contact our customer service department so we can cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next renewal period.
